    Avoid fast foods—pastries, pies, pizzas, ice-creams; bread (especially white bread), all baked foods. And the worst—Soft drinks aka Minerals. Sugar is addictive and that is why most elderly people avoid it.

  • Soy/Soya and soy products. Don’t get me wrong. Soya bean and milk is very nutritious but the down side is that it has a negative effect on a man’s T-levels. It makes the body produce estrogen which is a female type of hormone.
  • With the harmful foods out of the way, let’s take a look at the wonder NATURAL APHRODISIACS of Africa.

    • African Almonds.

      It can be used as a sweetener instead of white processed sugar. Grind it and sprinkle on your pap, stew or green tea. It increases MALE POTENCY and AROUSES WOMEN too when taken.

    • Hot chilly red pepper. Cooking pepper soups and everyday dishes with red pepper has been known to increase libido in men. (Avoid if you have stomach ulcers)
    • Oysters.

      People who live in riverine areas have more than enough supply of oysters. It contains ZINC which is an essential element in the production of testosterone.

    • Bananas & Avocados.

    2. Hi, Thanks for your post. I applies squarely to me. I also want to know if the following have any impact too on improved libido; cloves, ginger, garlic and white onions. I do boil them together and take with my tea occasionally.
